Not at all. As long as we know where to dump the product and have access, you do not need to be home at the time of delivery.
We deliver on your scheduled day, but due to traffic and other deliveries, we’re unable to guarantee a specific time window.
Our drivers typically don’t call ahead unless they have a question. If there’s an issue or delay, we’ll contact you using the phone number provided at the time of order.
We recommend scheduling installation or spreading services for the day after delivery, as we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.
If it’s raining, especially for topsoil or colored mulch deliveries, we’ll contact you to confirm or reschedule. If you’d still like it delivered, please lay a tarp and we’ll cover the product if needed.
Yes-- please allow 24–48 hours of dry weather after installation so the dye can fully set. Rain during this time may delay the drying process and could cause staining.
No, for safety and liability reasons, our dump trucks only drive on hard surfaces. We do not drive on lawns, septic areas, or newly installed driveways.
